What the finished document will cover
- What UnitDraw does with an uploaded quote file, and for how long it is kept.
- Who owns the drawings that come back, and what they may be used for.
- What is charged, when, and what the two included redlines mean.
- That a drawing is a shop drawing produced from the dealer's own quote, and remains the dealer's to check before it is built from.
- Confidentiality of customer names, job names and site addresses.
- How the agreement ends, and what happens to stored drawings when it does.
Nothing in that list is a term. It is a table of contents for a document that does not exist yet.
